2024–2027 Strategic Plan
For over two decades, we have been steadfast in our dedication to building palliative care capacity in communities across the country. These experiences and successes have served as the foundation for our journey forward — a three-year strategic plan for 2024 to 2027 built on the lessons we’ve learned and the achievements we’ve realized thanks to our committed team, facilitators and system partners.
