Pallium’s award-winning Learning Essential Approaches to Palliative Care (LEAP™) courses is Canada’s leading suite of courseware on palliative care for health care organizations and professionals. LEAP™ courses provide health care professionals with the knowledge, attitudes, and skills to help provide palliative care to patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses in a more timely and effective way.

Palliative Care Education
Pallium’s suite of LEAP™ courseware provides practical, inter-professional and evidence-based training in the palliative care approach. LEAP™ courses are inter-professional and designed for all health care professions—LEAP™ courses in purple meet the needs of most health care professionals. LEAP™ courses in red provide the same inter-professional training, targeted to the context of specific care settings or specialties. LEAP™ courses in orange are targeted for specific professions.

LEAP™ Under/Post-Graduate was designed to be responsive to different curricula being taught in medical, nursing and other health schools across Canada. Educators have access to all LEAP™ modules and can select based on their students’ learning needs.
