  • Provide the essential practical knowledge, attitudes and skills to provide a palliative care approach
  • Link learners to local palliative care resources
  • Build palliative care community capacity

  • Classroom format; maximum of 40 learners
  • Length: 1 day or total of 8.5 hours
  • Pallium trained and certified LEAP Facilitators. Facilitators are required to have significant clinical experience in palliative care in cancer care
  • Learner to facilitator ratio of no more than 10:1
