Late Cancellation – No Show Policy:
Registration for sessions will close 10 business days prior to the session delivery date.

For cancellations and refunds:

  • Less than 11 business days, no refund will be issued
  • 11-15 business days, a 50% refund will be issued
  • Greater than 15 business days, 100% refund will be issued (less 20% for Pallium Administration Cost fee)

Additional session costs will vary by region, availability of in-kind support and cost recovery for meals, venue, etc. The following guide list items for organizers to consider when planning a LEAP session including the Pallium recommended facilitator rates.

    • Other factors to consider if you opt for a “out of town”  facilitator:

  • Registration costs per participant, payable to Pallium Canada

Pallium Canada solely charges for the participant registration fees. Additional logistical costs as outlined above are managed by specific organizations/sites offering the LEAP session.

All costs for LEAP sessions will be registered with Pallium Canada and if a fee is deemed to be unreasonable and restrictive to participants, Pallium Canada will investigate and determine if there is breach of the Terms of Use Agreement as the purpose of all LEAP courseware is to make it accessible to health care professionals.
