On October 13th, 2016 Pallium Canada is co-hosting a special lecture in honour of World Hospice & Palliative Care Day with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), the Champlain Hospice Palliative Care Program, and Bruyère Continuing Care! This year’s event is titled “Living and Dying in Pain: It Does not have to Happen” and includes featured speaker, James F. Cleary, MD. The event will also include an update from the NICE Chair, Christopher A. Klinger, PhD as well as a question and answer session and award presentation.
